*Network fees include an initial screening of gestational carriers, profile matching, and initial communication between Intended Parents and Gestational Surrogates. Fees include assisting in locating an IVF clinic if you are not currently working with a clinic, communications with the IVF clinic of your choosing, assisting in scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements for the Gestational Surrogate. Network fees also include continued support for Intended Parents and Gestational Surrogate from the first contact to post-delivery.
**Rematch fee is not required if your surrogate does not clear the initial medical screening at the IVF clinic you are working with.
